Processing your order
We aim to prepare and dispatch orders within 48 hours. Orders are sent Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are controlled by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.
UK mainland delivery
Complimentary standard UK delivery is available on orders over £40. Standard delivery for smaller orders is calculated at checkout, usually between £3.50 and £5.50 depending on the weight of your parcel, and is sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class.
Expedited delivery is available at checkout from £5.50, with the final cost based on parcel weight. If you need an order urgently, email us before ordering and we will let you know what is possible.
International delivery
International delivery is calculated automatically at checkout and starts from £11. Orders are normally sent using Royal Mail International Standard.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local charges. Customs processing is outside our control, so we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by customs authorities.
Delivery problems
If your parcel is delayed, damaged or appears to be missing, contact enquiries@apothecaryessence.com with your order number and we will help investigate.
